Even if you’re not working, or do not have an income, it’s important that you file your taxes.

- You have a simple tax situation
- You are not self-employed and do not have business income
- You do not have rental, farm, contractor or foreign income
- You do not have any capital gains or losses and do not have interest income over $1,000
- You are employed, unemployed, or are receiving income support benefits (including AISH and Income Support)

FAMILY SIZE 2 persons MAXIMUM INCOME $55,000
FAMILY SIZE 3 persons MAXIMUM INCOME $60,000

FAMILY SIZE 5 persons MAXIMUM INCOME $70,000
