On Saturday, March 14, 2009 watch for Girl Guides collecting food donations door to door in support of Edmonton’s Food Bank.

Food for All Seasons Spring Gala

On Thursday, April 17, 2008 join Edmonton’s Food Bank at the Sutton Place Hotel to enjoy food, a silent and live auctions, lovely guest speaker: Dr. Paul Byrne (President & CEO of Grant MacEwan College), and just a wonderful night getting together with friends while at the same time supporting the Food Bank. Doors open at 5:00p.m., Dinner at 6:30p.m.

Earth Day

On Sunday, April 20, 2008 Earth Day in Hawrelak Park will be collecting food and monetary donations for the Food Bank. Come by our tent for information about the Food Bank’s gardening initiative, Plant A Row Grow A Row.

Drop off a donation for The Edmonton Food Bank during the Earth Day Celebrations at Hawrelak Park and receive a FREE energy efficient light bulb courtesy of Northgate Centre and Westmount Centre!

Team Canada Roller Derby Event

On Saturday, April 26, 2008 feel free to attend the Team Canada Roller Derby event at the Spruce Avenue Community League (10240–115 Avenue) for their rummage sale and carnival fundraiser. Bring a non-perishable food item for Edmonton’s Food Bank and receive 10% off. Proceeds of the fundraiser will benefit Crystal Kids and the Team Canada Roller Derby.
